Maureen Bursich is the principal solicitor of MCB Law. Maureen practices in the areas of Wills, Estate Planning, Probate, Family Law and Professional Negligence, Maureen has over a decade of experience and enjoys an ongoing relationship with clients across their lifetime. Maureen has had previous careers in Fine Arts, Teaching and Finance allowing her to provide clients with well-rounded legal advice.  

Carla Bursich is a personal injury solicitor. Prior to joining MCB Law, Carla has spent her career at a national personal injury law firm. Carla’s practice includes assisting clients with their TAC claims, WorkCover claims, Public Liability claims and Superannuation TPD claims. Carla has enjoyed volunteering at various organisations including the Women’s Legal Service, Fitzroy Legal Service, Waller Legal and Victoria Legal Aid. Carla is excited about the next volunteer opportunity at the Cancer Council and continuing to help her community with their personal injury claims.

Mark Jones is a graduate solicitor practicing in the areas of Estate Planning and Administration, Family Law and Professional Negligence. Mark graduated from Victoria University with a Bachelor of Laws (Hons) in 2020 and completed his Practical Legal Training with the College of Law in 2021. Mark prides himself on providing quality service and enjoys interacting and assisting clients with their legal matters. Outside of work Mark enjoys playing guitar and spending time with friends.
